I thought I would put up a pic of our house. We are wrapping up the painting and things so that we will be ready to move in next week. I am SOOOOO excited to have this house. I can't wait to have wood under my kitchen table instead of carpet. And a fenced back yard? AWESOME!!!!! I also thought this picture of Eden was funny. I was in my room talking with Matt and this is what I found when I came out. At least I know if anything happened to me, she would be able to feed herself :)

BTW- I am totally jealous of your fall leaves! That is one thing (along with snow) that we do not get here. THe leaves just turn brown and fall off the trees. ;(

It's a GREAT house! And yes, no drawn out farewells to the carpeted dining room. Get this - I went back to our duplex a couple days after we moved out, and they had ripped out all the carpet...so I was able to see that my dining room originally had tile and they had CARPETED RIGHT OVER IT!!!! WHERE DO THESE PEOPLE COME FROM??
Anyways, you will spend so much time just looking around you and thinking "this is MY house!! this is MY carpet! It is so exhilerating! I am overjoyed for you. Hope your move and trip goes well. I've been thinking of you.
oh man, I love it! I totally want to come and visit. I will have to call and get advice from you when we ever decide to buy. Lets pray for my sake that the homes continue to drop in price. I am so happy for you! Congrats!!!!
I've always wondered what would happen if I passed out or something... would my kids think to start foraging in the cabinet?
